Shipping policy

 

Food Order Processing:

  • We process food orders within 1-2 business days from the day they are placed.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option of canceling or modifying your order.

Merchandise Order Processing:

Shipping:

  • We ship our products domestically within the United States.
  • We offer multiple shipping options, depending on the order fulfillment provider.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery:

  • All food orders are delivered via USPS or UPS.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses for certain items.
  • The recipient must be available to receive the package or make arrangements with the carrier for re-delivery or pick-up.
